Exterior Wall Repair
When we purchased our house in Broadway, VA it had no gutters on the back side of the roof. Water would pool on the deck along the bottom of the wall. Over time the wall rotted out from the bottom up causing the window to crack and lose it's seal as well as the back door. We jacked the back wall up for support, removed all rotted material, replaced the sill plate as well as the rotted studs. Replaced the window with a beautiful picture window for the view as well as installed a new Anderson sliding glass door.
